This makes my heart sing…

This will be short and simple. My favorite quote ever:

I'll be loving you until the day 8 x 8 x

Here is the song that it comes from. I love the interlude. You cannot listen to this and not be happy.

Where do your favorite quotes come from?

  1. Hi, Tamay! I never knew what they said in that chorus! Now I agree with you!
My favorite (as a writer) among many is one that I keep posted on my work desk here at home It reminds me how blessed I am to be able to create:
“It is a delicious thing to write, to be no longer yourself but to move in an entire universe of your own creating. Today, for instance … I rode in a forest on an autumn afternoon under the yellow leaves, and I was also the horses, the wind, the words my people uttered.” — Gustave Flaubert

  2. There are so many, it’s really hard to choose, but I like this one a lot:

Beware of false knowledge; it is more dangerous than ignorance.

– George Bernard Shaw

I’ve found myself in a challenging situation. About fifteen years ago I started having remarkable spiritual experiences. They initially made me question everything I knew, so I loved the quote “Question everything” for a long time, but then things flipped and I wanted to be able to share my experiences, to share the process I’ve been going through to recognize that God is active in my life, so people know there is one thing they do not have to question and that’s that God exists, but my experiences are different from many of the things I am seeing in the current world of spirituality, so I am back to questioning some things, seeking the truth, and sharing what I am finding, which makes the quote above most appropriate for me right now.

  3. How beautiful. Thank you for brightening my day. I read compulsively and my favourite quotes – there are lots – are from poetry, from Shakespeare, and from all sorts of inspirational books. I particularly love Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra for the way they word things. Thanks for getting me to think about this.

  4. Mine change daily. LOL Most of my favorite quotes come from Eleanor Roosevelt. Today this one is mine. Sometimes you just have to have a reminder that negativity can either attach with glue or fall away with teflon.

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
    Eleanor Roosevelt
